Half Day (morning: 9.30am to 12/afternoon: 2pm to 4.30pm)

Course Overview

On our half day cake baking course you’ll spend a happy morning or afternoon just baking cakes.

Along the way you’ll learn what makes a good cake well risen and moist, and gain an insight into the chemistry of baking.

We’ll make two cakes: a classic Victoria Sponge and a Chocolate Roulade. You’ll also make fillings and frostings to dress each cake before taking home the fruits of your labour to share with family and friends.
