Well, whichever is the case, this is the course for you. You’ll learn how to prepare and cook vegetables and vegetarian dishes from scratch in a fun and friendly environment.

We’ll teach you all manner of professional cookery tips including cook-ahead and pre-prep methods.

You’ll get to consume one of dishes you cook for lunch and take home the rest.

  • Cold Tomato and Fennel Soup with Basil Oil and Feta
