Half Day British Summer Puddings Cookery Course

Who doesn’t love a British summer pudding, a celebration of fresh flavours and strawberry delights. On this half-day British Summer Puddings cookery course you’ll learn how to prepare, cook and eat some of the nation’s favourite summer puddings.

What you can’t eat during your cookery course, you get to take home to impress your family and friends.

During your morning, afternoon or evening course you’ll be cooking two or three of these classic puddings:

  • Trifle (Exeter Cookery School-style)
  • Lemon Posset
  • Summer Pudding
  • Strawberry Tartlets
  • Pavlova (yes, we know it’s Australian, but it’s just so good!)

During the morning session you’ll be making a couple of the above puds while learning some great tricks of the trade from head tutor and pudding lover, Jim Fisher.

At the end of the session you’ll get to take home what you made.

Lemon posset - a delicious dessert / summer pudding that will wow your guests with zingy flavour.
